Steel Springs Personal Training with Lloy B. Johnston
Lloy is an ACSM certified personal trainer. She has
a black belt in Tae Kwon Do, and has years of experience as a coach, educator and personal trainer. Her years in the Health and Fitness field have given her the opportunity to work with males and females ranging in age from 8-80. She works with professional athletes and professional non-athletes. Besides helping her clients feel stronger and healthier she prides herself on her ability to make them smile as the reach for their personal goals.
